• Previous backcountry experience
• Preferred run difficulty
• How much you run currently
• A little about your running history

• Doctor’s information
• Medical conditions (allergies, past injuries, medical prescriptions, dietary restrictions)
• How you will be arriving to Revelstoke
• Arrival Airline and Flight details
• Shuttle service details
• How you heard of us
• Credit Card information

We collect guest information to:

• To better understand guests requirements, preferences and safety considerations in order to deliver the most rewarding and safe experience possible.
• To continuously develop new packages and options to better meet your needs.
• To meet British Columbia and Canada’s legal and regulatory requirements.

OSH will not collect personal information without your consent.   The information collected will be treated with complete confidentially and will only be shared with our staff, who in our best judgment, need access to provide a safe experience.

Depending on type of experience booked, the services you expect could involve third parties.  These third parties are our partners/sponsors, which we work very closely with and talk to on a daily basis.  With these bookings, all personal information will only be shared with the third party as necessary.  These third parties provide services that OSH cannot directly provide.

The collection of personal information through the booking process, or any other marketing initiatives, may be used for our company newsletter.  These marketing initiatives can include online contests, direct promotions at OSH or trade shows, or social media campaigns. The purpose of the company newsletter is to alert you of any special offers, promotions, or any other information we think you will enjoy.  If you no longer wish to receive this newsletter, you can unsubscribe at any time upon request.
